This high-tech, fully unmanned concept offers the highest level of security in the country. At its first location in The Hague, ALLSAFE provides an unprecedented combination of top-level security and user-friendliness, specially designed to store your most valuable possessions—such as heirlooms, wedding dowries, important documents, and crypto ledgers.

The ALLSAFE CitySafe was developed for anyone seeking maximum peace of mind—from current tenants to people for whom home safes and existing options fall short. With traditional bank vault services disappearing and a growing need for control over valuable belongings, the demand for secure external storage is increasing. In times of economic uncertainty, privacy concerns, and limited living space, people are looking for safe, flexible, and space-saving alternatives outside the home. According to Bank News, the number of safe deposit providers grew by 5% in the first quarter of 2024, mainly due to increasing interest in gold investments and the growing need for secure, reliable storage of valuable possessions.

Home security is also a major concern: last year, police recorded 22,305 home burglaries—an average of over 60 per day. Many home safes do not offer sufficient protection against professional burglars. Without proper certification and anchoring, they can be opened or even removed with relative ease. With CitySafe, ALLSAFE sets a new standard: higher security than legally required, combined with maximum flexibility.

Discreet, Anonymous, 24/7 Monitoring and Extended Opening Hours

The ALLSAFE CitySafe is designed with one goal in mind: maximum security and discretion. Renters can drive in anonymously and discreetly without encountering anyone. Access is fully automated and unmanned, using a highly advanced entry system with card, code, and palm scan. Only the renter has access; staff may only enter in extreme cases and under the four-eyes principle.

Although CitySafe operates using the most modern unmanned systems, it is located inside a manned ALLSAFE facility, where customers can also use additional services such as storage units, moving assistance, a PostNL service point, and packaging materials—all under one roof.

The vault is a fully secured saferoom with between 500 and 3,000 individual safelockers, built to Security Grade VII—the highest security level available in the Netherlands. Renters can access their lockers six days a week during office hours, without an appointment.

Nationwide Expansion

City Safe launches in The Hague and will roll out across all ALLSAFE locations. With 48 locations currently and a goal to grow to 240 within the next ten years, ALLSAFE aims to set a new benchmark for safe and accessible storage of valuable possessions.
